Our property management services are split into 2 groups, non-qualified/routine maintenance or qualified maintenance trades.

Non-qualified and routine maintenance
This is a specialist service tailored to the holiday house letting market. Our caretakers combined with a network of maintenance sub-contractors are available to conduct minor and routine maintenance and repair work. This also includes any work needed to be carried out whilst a paying guest, if required, is in residence. This service is available at weekends, out of hours and at short notice. To facilitate minor jobs we charge in increments of 1 hour with with 15 minutes being the smallest increment.

Qualified Maintenance work
We have a vast network of trades people and contractors, including qualified electrical, gas, plumbing and other building operators. We background and reference check all of our operators and in most cases we are able to source competitive market rates on the owners behalf.
