This service is available for all holiday letting properties including those properties rated up to 5 star standard by the VisitBritain (the English Tourist Council). This service covers a full internal clean for the property, all linen changes, welcome packs and the Visit Britain rating pre-inspection.

• Cleaning
  Cleaning all internal areas as well as marks removed, windows internally cleaned, internal checks from the caretaker, lighting, bulbs checked and replaced, heating, boilers, pre-set appliances checked or turned off, signage and info checked, doors and windows locked as appropriate.
• Linen Changes
  A full commercial linen service plus the hire of up to triplicate sets of linen per bed.
• Gift/Amenity Packs
  A welcome pack containing some gifts (wine and chocolates) combined with an amenity pack holding holiday essentials (J-cloth, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, black bags etc.)
• Visit Britain rating pre-inspection
  For Holiday home owners who enter the VisitBritain Quality in Tourism tourist board ratings scheme, we offer a pre-visit property inspection report.
• Arrival Duties
  Where appropriate, arriving guests are
  provided with a 'meet and greet' service on arrival.
